I really want to mortgage a home. How much would I pay for utilities?

one of my life goals is to own a home. I found an older model one for 255 dollars a month. It uses natural gas and well water. How much would utilities cost, if I used my electricity sparingly. (such as not owning a dish washer or washer/dryer or air conditioner)
