how to get a natural gas inspection in Decatur, GA?

I just bought a foreclosed town house. It uses natural gas for AC & cooking. The gas service has been cut off for more than one year and the gas meter was moved away. Georgia Natural Gas Company required an inspection to be done when I requested to connect gas to my home. I don’t know what kind of inspection should I do and who should I use to do the inspection. Georgia Natural Gas does not do the inspection. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thank you.

You probably should have asked the gas co. who does this type of work, or these kind of inspections. Call the building inspector in Decatur and ask them, they might do it. It should be listed under “City of” your city.
