how ami doind so far with my essay.? its about coal?

I think that natural resources are valuable because they are a big part of our way of life. We use them for lots of things. One of the big ones that we use is coal. Coal is a sedimentary or metamorphic rock made from partially decayed plant matter. The United States gets 56% of their electricity from coal. It’s one of the cheapest sources of energy, its even cheaper than natural gases. Coal provides many jobs in removing it from the earth, transporting it, and properly disposing of coal ash. Kentucky paid over $800 million dollars in direct wages, and directly employed 19,000 people, providing an additional 60,00 jobs.
is there anything that i should add????

Well, it’s pretty great so far…except I think you should put a little bit more vocabulary – spice up the whole thing, and knock off your teacher’s socks! Use a thesaurus if you can’t think of any good words to replace lame ones!
