Commercialization of 40% Efficiency solar cell by Emcore Corp, whats the current status?

I am just interested to know if anybody could tell me the current market/commercializaition (pardon me for my bad use of business terms, not a business-background person) of the current record holder of the highest solar cell efficiency which was found by Spectrolab in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL, USA). Can anyone give me any references, particularly of any succeses in implementing the solar cells in homes, businesses etc. And the installation cost as compared to current solar power technologies (mainly silicon-based ones which are not quite efficient).
