amperage & voltage design for solar panel.?

I’m trying to figure out what is better design for a solar panel.
Would 20A @ 36V vs. 30A @ 24V.
I need at least 700Watt of power and both configuration would give me 720Watt. Pros and Cons would be nice. This is for a 24×7 air conditioner setup.
Isn’t trickle charger and inverter a separate component altogether? I am thinking the amp & voltage would come in play if wiring for 20A vs 30A are different. Since 30A require higher gauge, but what would be the trade off in that scenario?

the 36V option would draw less current and therefore have less losses = more efficient (academic)
the 24V option is more popular and more economical (realistic)
