I have a plan to absorb carbon dioxide from the air . Will the plans work?

the carbon dioxide is absorbed suction fans with a specific rpm based on the density and weight of carbon dioxide .the carbon dioxide is converted to carbon monoxide.then it is reacted with hydrogen to form water and pure carbon .the carbon obtained can be recycled to react with cardon dioxide obtained . the water obtained can be electrolysed to give hydrogen.once the process starts ,no raw materials from outside is required .the plant will be powered by either hydel power or wave energy or solar energy or nuclear energy .it will be located near the sea or ocean which also has a capacity to absorb carbon dioxide and will be surrounded by c4 plants

Carbon dioxide is “removed” from the atmosphere every day. It is pressurized and converted to a liquid form and used by industry for many reasons. It is also used as a solid,dry ice. The CO2 will however return to a vapor state and thus return to the atmosphere,or it can be pressurized and forced to become a liquid again… So (although I’m not sure)… could you possibly be trying to invent something that has been around for years?

Note. I guess what I didn’t get is CO2 is like just here.. It can’t be created or destroyed.. so what are you proposing?
