solar power supply system

Need a good device to supply power for traveling. Any ideas?

I plan on traveling a lot and I will be needing some system to charge my cellphone and laptop while I am traveling. I am not rich but I know some electronics and such. I would like to know if there are systems out there and/or should I build something customized.

Here is what i will need:

Enough power to keep my cellphone charged for good long periods of time without access to grid power.

Enough power to be able to run a low to medium sized laptop for at least 5 or 6 hours before recharging.

The ability to recharge the power source by other means such as solar or dynamo.

Able to bring the power source on buses and trains.

Able to carry the power source with me while walking without too much effort.
