Paddy Power already paying out on bets for Derby to be relegated ????

I’m not sure if this is a wind up on this forum ( and reported on a few others) , but the Bookmakers Paddy Power are already paying out on bets for Derby to be relagated.
It is well known some Bookies pay out early, but some-one please tell me this is a wind up ?????

Basically , If they were to lose against Liverpool ( Which we all know they did, then they were set to honour payments on bets made).
